Nancy Miranda prides herself on consistently achieving the highest prices for her sellers and tenaciously negotiating the most favorable terms for her buyers. 

She has been a sales person most of her life.  Before starting her real estate career, she was    a successful outside sales account executive for The Washington Post. 

In 2005, Nancy acquired a real estate license in Washington, DC, soon after in Maryland and Virginia, and lastly in Hawai'i.  Since then, she  has closed over 500 trades.  She attributes her success to evaluating every transaction as if it were for herself.  Her residential and commercial clients will tell you that she embodies honor,  hard work, straight forwardness and creative negotiation into every deal.  Recently, Nancy was recognized by Washingtonian Magazine as a top Realtor in 2020.  She is fiercely loyal to her clients and most people who have worked  with her become clients for life ! 

A native of Washington, D.C and fluent Spanish speaker, Nancy takes interest in sustainable living and local organic foods, photography, fine art, music of all genres and whenever possible educating herself on topics that matter to her.    In 2008, she graduated from The Institute of Integrative Nutrition in NYC for holistic health. She serves as Ward One Commissioner (an appointed position) for The Dept. of Aging and Community Living in The District of Columbia.
